Where is your order?

 Please allow 2 to 5 working days to process your orders in our local  London storage and 2-6  working days to process  Pre-order items in our manufacturers based in the  UK,  Asia, Europe and America.

We do not process any orders during weekends  (sat/sun) or on bank holiday

Once you placed your order you should receive a confirmation email, with all your order details  including the delivery time scale for  Pre-order items and items that  are stocked in our London storage.

If the items you have ordered is currently in stock/ in our storage in London you will receive it within the time scale below. 

  1. United Kingdom delivery time is between 3-7  working days 
  2. Ireland and Europe delivery time is between 5-10 working days  
  3. International delivery time is between 10-15  days to deliver the items.

 Pre-Order Items

The Majority of our items are Pre-order  and shipping from our manufacturer outside the UK therefore our delivery time frames may vary, items are usually expected to be delivered between 10-15 business days. we are aiming to reduce this time frame in the near future. Pre-order items have to pass through customs this can occasionally cause slight delays with your orders being posted.

Time Scale for Pre-order Items 

  1. United Kingdom delivery time is between 7-12 working days 
  2. Ireland and Europe delivery time is between 7-15 working days  
  3. International delivery time is between   10- 20 working days to deliver the items

When your parcel is in our local London storage, you’ll get an email, to let you know your order has been dispatched, including a personal tracking number.

What time can you expect the delivery

Deliveries can be made anytime between 8am and 9pm, so your order could arrive in the evening.

Where possible our couriers will also send you a text confirmation on the morning of your delivery. Providing we have got the right mobile number.

Our couriers do their best to deliver your parcels to fit around you. If you’re not in, they’ll leave a card explaining how to arrange re-delivery.

If you are not in when the delivery arrives and  if you need to sign for the delivery.

We know our customers are busy people and you might not always be at home when your parcel arrives. If you’re not in our couriers they’ll leave a card explaining how to arrange re-delivery.

All parcels must be signed for. We can’t be held responsible to missing parcels once dispatched.

Can delivery be delivered to a different address other than billing address

Yes we can. At the checkout you can choose an alternative delivery address to your billing address.

However, once your order has been processed and you’ve received your order confirmation email we’re unable to make any changes to delivery details.

The delivery is late what should you do

As soon as you hit pay it will take 2 to 3 working days to process your order. You should receive a confirmation email, with all your order details.

Where possible our couriers will also send you a text confirmation on the morning of your delivery. Providing we’ve got the right mobile number.

Don’t forget that some of our couriers work ‘til 5pm, so  wait for a while . It will arrive up until 5pm.

We know you’re busy people so, they’ll leave a card explaining how to arrange re-delivery if there’s nobody home.

Received the wrong item, what should you do

We’re really sorry that something’s gone wrong.

Please return the item to us for an exchange (subject to the correct item being in stock), or full refund if you prefer. If the correct item is no longer in stock we’ll issue a full refund. In these instances we wouldn’t deduct returns postage from your refund.

there is an item missing from delivery, what you should do

Some of our items are so popular that they can go out of stock super quickly. Unfortunately that means that occasionally we’re not able to send you all the items in your order.

You should have received an email from us confirming this and advising of a refund being processed for the missing item. Depending on how you paid please allow the following times for your refund to appear in your account:

Bank Account payments will take 3 - 5 working days

PayPal payments will take 1 - 2 working days

Customs & import duty charges

Customs & import duty charges do not apply to customers in the UK or EU.

For International customers the price of the items does not include customs & import duties as these charges vary from country to country. So please be aware that you might be required to pay these when you accept delivery of the items from your courier.
